He has been working in hospitality for seven years, specializing mostly in bartending. He gained a lot of experiences through traveling and working in a number of pubs and bars in different locations that let him develop a passion for this role. He always aims at enriching his knowledge and his competences by participating in professional courses and competitions with A.I.B.E.S. Italian Association of Barman and Supporters in I.B.A. (International Barman Association), Bartender Course (a regional course organized in Sicily), Campari Truck, Bacardì Legacy Competition and Makers Mark experience.
